Job description

Summit Golf Brands designs and sources high-end golf apparel and sportswear worn at more than 3,000 accounts in over 25 countries, from leading country clubs and resorts to our own online shop. Behind every crest we put on a garment is a team that takes real pride in precise, well-made work, and we're looking for an Embroidery Operator to join that team in Barneveld, WI.This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, cares about getting details right, and wants a steady, full-time position with a company that invests in its people.WHAT YOU'LL DOOperate a 6-head embroidery machine to apply club logos and crests to garments with precision and careFollow production work order instructions for logo placement, thread colors, and garment locationHoop garments accurately and efficiently, standing for extended periods as the role requiresSend logo files to the embroidery machine using our computer programsPull and set up thread colors per the work order, load them correctly, and return them to the thread rack when the job is completeMonitor each run for proper tension, thread breaks, and jump stitches, and flag anything unusual to your supervisorTrim backing and threads on longer-running jobs as time allowsScan the start and end time of each job task using our tracking systemKeep your work area clean and organized at the end of every shiftBe available to work mandatory SaturdaysWHAT YOU'LL NEEDWe welcome candidates who can perform the essential functions below, with or without reasonable accommodation.A high school diploma or equivalentThe ability to stand for long periods of timeClear verbal and written communication skillsComfort with repetitive movement of the wrists, upper arms, and shouldersThe ability to bend, twist, and reach continuously throughout a shiftA willingness to take on additional duties as neededNICE TO HAVEPrior embroidery experienceExperience in the apparel industryWHY YOU'LL LIKE IT HEREIn return for your craftsmanship, Summit Golf Brands offers a genuinely strong compensation and benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match14 paid holidays, plus vacation and personal daysPaid time offLife insurance and flexible spending accountEmployee assistance programEmployee discount on Summit Golf Brands apparelReferral programOther voluntary benefitsGrowing company with room to growSCHEDULE & LOCATIONFull-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (day shift), with mandatory Saturdays as neededOn-site in Barneveld, WI.
