Job description

We are seeking to fill the role of Desktop Support Supervisor. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.


โ€ข Supervise and lead a team of desktop support technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
โ€ข Oversee day-to-day operations of the desktop support team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and resource management.
โ€ข Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
โ€ข Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues reported by end-users, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
โ€ข Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for desktop support services.
โ€ข Provide hands-on support for complex or escalated technical issues, working closely with other IT teams to resolve problems.
โ€ข Stay current with industry trends and work with parent company maintain compliance.
โ€ข Maintain an up-to-date inventory of desktop equipment and software licenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
โ€ข Be the on-site point of contact for all issues or esclations.
โ€ข Train and mentor desktop support technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

โ€ข 5+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role.
โ€ข 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership position.
โ€ข Strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
โ€ข Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issue.
โ€ข Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Experience with desktop management tools and remote support software.

Compensation Range: $85,800 - $160,800 annually. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.
