Automotive Dealership Title Clerk

Because of retirement, John Kennedy Subaru in Plymouth Meeting has a great opportunity for an experienced full-time (no weekend hours) Automotive Dealership Title Clerk. This opportunity offers a great working environment, great pay, and full benefits.

All applicants must have prior automotive title clerk experience. The position also requires, but is not limited to, basic office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning, if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Process the dealership's title work with Pennsylvania and with out-of-state titles.
  • Process vehicle registrations using ViTu
  • Process trade payoffs with banks
  • Responsible for sales tax schedule
  • Performing other office duties if needed

Requirements:

  • Automotive dealership title experience.
  • The position requires office skills, including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook), and the ability to accurately operate other office equipment.
  • Notary designation.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional Appearance
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Good judgment and a positive attitude
