Job Description
At Antwerpen Auto Group you will be responsible for engaging with customers who are contacting the dealership with the interest of purchasing a new and/or pre-owned vehicle. Their goal is to generate sales appointments and drive customers to the dealership. The Sales Agent will handle internet inquiries and phone calls, establishing contact and a great first impression with our customers. The Sales Agent’s responsibility is to deliver premium customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, accurately, and courteously.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Ability to deliver premium customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, accurately, and courteously

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Agent responsible for engaging with customers who are contacting the dealership with the interest of purchasing a new and/or pre-owned vehicle
  • Their goal is to generate sales appointments and drive customers to the dealership
  • Handle internet inquiries and phone calls, establishing contact and a great first impression with our customers
  • CRM software to manage the initial guest engagement process
  • This position will be trained to understand all products and services offered at the dealership, along with current inventory, finance, and incentive programs
  • Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats
  • Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs
  • Generate sales and acquisition appointments


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information
• Provide payment options and quotes
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs
Preferred:
• Minimum 1 year dealership sales focused experience
• Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work on a team
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly proficient in verbal phone skills
• Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be adaptable to change
• Proficient using a computer
• Evening and weekend schedule availability required
