  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of technicians as the department continues to grow

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a service management, dispatch, or customer-facing service coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to support and motivate a team of technicians in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to step into leadership and grow into higher-level operational roles
  • Technical or mechanical knowledge a plus (automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, fleet maintenance, etc.)

Why Join Naumann Hobbs?

Career Advancement: Clear growth path towards Branch Manager and Regional leadership roles

Income Growth: Competitive base salary + monthly bonus opportunities
