LGI Homes is seeking a Financial Data Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

We are looking for analytical, self-driven professionals who are excited to learn the LGI Homes business, embrace our culture, and make an impact as part of the LGI Living team at our Corporate Office in The Woodlands, Texas.

The Financial Data Analyst will leverage financial and operational data to support business operations, inform sales and pricing decisions, assist with month-end close activities, and contribute to financial reporting processes. This role will perform data analysis, profitability analysis, and inventory reporting to provide valuable insights into the financial performance of our leasing, wholesale, and commercial sales lines of business.

The Financial Data Analyst will help drive key business decisions, including pricing strategies for tenant-occupied homes, while supporting data integrity, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred. The Financial Data Analyst must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have the ability to interpret financial and operational data to support business decision-making.
