Work Type: Onsite in Ukiah, CA- (Float roles to nearby clinics)
Any 3 Weekday+ Weekend availability.

  4. Is the license in good standing with no current *or prior* disciplinary actions? Needs to be yes

  6. Do you have a valid BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross: Must be yes. Pharmacists need to be BLS in-person certified.
  7. Expiration date of BLS/CPR certification: Do not submit unless they have a future date
  8. Do you have Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (for pharmacists ONLY) (i.E. APhA)? Needs to be yes

The Nurse RN role will work to administer vaccines (flu, covid, MMR etc.). PPE is provided.
We are looking for nurses who:

• Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
• Collaborate with others and actively contribute to a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride.
• Professionally interact with health care professionals and patients
• Possess strong clinical skills including: medication administration, the ability and willingness to vaccinate patients, BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification
Minimum Qualifications
• Full, active and unrestricted license as a registered nurse in the state, territory that you are working in.
