We’re looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to grow territory revenue by delivering reliable, solution-based sanitation services to construction, industrial, municipal, and event customers. This role develops new business, strengthens customer relationships, and expands existing accounts by providing responsive service and tailored sanitation solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned sales territory.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, referrals, networking, and site visits.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and on-site evaluations to assess service needs.
- Recommend sanitation solutions that align with customer operations and project requirements.
- Prepare proposals and accurate pricing that meet company guidelines and profitability goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close new and recurring business opportunities.
- Develop long-term customer relationships that encourage account retention and revenue growth.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to identify additional service opportunities.
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide timely activity reporting.
- Meet or exceed assigned territory revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
- Partner with operations teams to support service execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B outside sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout an assigned territory, including frequent local travel and occasional evening or weekend customer meetings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software along with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods during 8–10-hour workdays, including navigating active construction sites and uneven terrain.
- Ability to lift and carry materials or product samples weighing up to 25 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions and industrial environments while wearing required PPE.
