About the Role

This position combines high-level customer service support with dispatching responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from first call through project completion.


Weekend and evening availability is required.


What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Call Management

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Schedule service, maintenance, inspection, and installation appointments
  • Assist customers with services, memberships, and general inquiries
  • Route calls and information to appropriate departments
  • Follow up on open estimates, quotes, and membership renewals

Dispatch Relief

  • Communicate with customers to confirm details and answer questions
  • Ensure technicians have the necessary materials and job information
  • Monitor installation progress and support the field team as needed
  • Resolve scheduling issues or delays quickly and efficiently
  • Follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction

Administrative & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation
  • Use CRM/scheduling systems (Service Titan preferred)
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and install teams for a seamless workflow
