As a remote position based out of Austin, Texas, this role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth platform is HIPAA compliant, ensuring that all client interactions are confidential and secure. Counselors will utilize a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system designed to streamline operations and maintain compliance with Medicaid and Medicare requirements. This supportive digital environment allows you to focus on delivering exceptional client care without administrative distractions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions aimed at identifying and addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans to assist clients in managing symptoms associated with mental health issues, trauma, or dual diagnoses.
• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to document sessions, ensuring thorough and compliant records for all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals to enhance treatment efficacy and provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Work independently to manage your schedule, with the expectation of some evening and weekend availability to meet client needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in team meetings and trainings to continually enhance your skills and strategies as a mental health professional.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of three years of direct mental health counseling experience, providing a broad range of therapeutic methodologies.
• Strong capability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
• Reliable access to necessary technology, including a laptop or desktop with a web camera and a secure internet connection.
• Completion of a background check is mandatory for all candidates.

• Experience with telehealth and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly those tailored for trauma and dual diagnosis treatment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt counseling strategies to meet the unique needs of various populations.
