The Transformative Trauma Counseling Center is actively searching for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, remote position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the mental health and wellbeing of our clients through your expert therapy and counseling skills. Your foundational responsibility will be to meet with clients virtually, assess their mental health needs, and design tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering healing and personal growth.

Located in the picturesque setting of Scottsdale, Arizona, the Transformative Trauma Counseling Center specializes in providing trauma-informed care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Our mission is to help clients navigate through challenges such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. This role is entirely remote, allowing our counselors to work comfortably from their own homes while connecting with clients via telehealth platforms. You will have a structured schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a healthy work-life balance that eliminates evening and weekend commitments. The virtual nature of our work allows for flexibility while maintaining a high standard of care, promoting collaboration among team members despite geographical boundaries.

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, effectively building rapport and establishing positive, therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for transitioning out of therapy when appropriate.
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans and continually monitor progress, implementing modifications as necessary.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client histories and current mental well-being.
• Carry out individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver holistic care to clients.

The clients you will work with are individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma and may struggle with issues such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, or eating disorders. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support, utilizing a range of techniques to help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and achieve their therapeutic goals. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is essential for this role.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is necessary.
• Effective critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills are required to connect with clients effectively.

• Experience working with a wide variety of patient diagnoses and therapeutic challenges is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation system operates on a Fee-for-Service model, providing guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring you don’t face delays in reimbursement.
