Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
This is a full-time remote role for someone who takes clinical care seriously and values a clear workday. The role calls for clear treatment planning, grounded clinical judgment, and the ability to build rapport through video sessions. This role supports clients in Arizona who need consistent therapy without the added barrier of an office visit. You will be trusted to manage your sessions professionally while keeping client progress at the center.
Responsibilities
• Create a safe virtual space for clients to process, reflect, and plan next steps
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Use evidence-informed counseling approaches that match the client's goals
• Review progress and update treatment direction when clinically appropriate
Requirements
• Active Arizona LPC license in good standing
