What you'll do
  • Receives, processes, updates and maintains job or project-related data as it is received from the customer under service agreements. This process includes but is not limited to receiving new job issued from customer to company; through customer notices and/ or working in customer portals to retrieve needed information and attachments. Once received the job will be reviewed and internal sales order will be created and issued to field in the companies internal tracking and programs per established processes.
  • Review all new job intakes to meet quality assurance guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of changing customer and internal Company requirements and adjust workflows accordingly.
  • Accurately retrieve, review and input data from various customer sites into internal databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify accuracy of new job intake before inputting to ensure consistency and completeness
  • Facilitate accurate and timely set up of new jobs per established process..
  • Manage and maintain digital records across digital filing systems.
  • Communicates with customer contacts and individuals in multiple departments and at all levels of the company.
  • Professional communication skills are required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need
  • High School diploma or GED is required. Previous experience with utility project administration is preferred;
  • Proficient PDF editing and data entry skills as well as intermediate use of word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and cloud-based software is required. Working knowledge of Google suite of applications and SAP is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance
