The contract recruiter will assist the HR department to support plant operations. Prior recruiting and onboarding experience is required.

  • Use workday to post jobs
  • Screen applicants to ensure job requirements are met
  • Conduct phone screen interviews.
  • Schedule on-site interviews with supervisors/managers.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening (substance testing and background checks)
  • Ensure accurate tracking of all applicants in workday.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientations including SME timeslots for EHS, FSQA, etc.
  • Produce weekly metrics and reports
  • Assist with internal job postings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior recruiting experience
  • Ability to use MS Suite
  • Prior use of Workday preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
