• Job Description (4-7 years EXP)
Project Summary: IDT is migrating its Commercial Agreements from an old contracts archive to a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This new system also links to the CRM. This project will focus on reviewing contracts & records in the new CLM and entering in this information in the corresponding CRM record to ensure they match.
Job Description:
- Review and analyze large volume of contracts efficiently and accurately for specific business and legal terms (no legal expertise required)
- Reading complex commercial agreements with meticulous attention to detail, while analyzing and identifying key information
- Entering relevant contract information and data into CRM and CLM databases
- Must be able to review documents electronically on a computer screen for continued periods of time
- Being a team player and working with Contracts and Legal team to meet on-time deliverables and support project deadlines
- Report out on daily/weekly progress with manager, highlight any questions or support needs
Candidate profile:
- knowledge of or appetite for contractual agreements. Previous experience reviewing and working with commercial agreements preferred
- close attention to detail and ability to work quickly while reading and reviewing a large volume of contracts, without sacrificing quality
- critical thinking skills to aid in analysis and digestions of dense, voluminous contract documents
