You as a Construction Manager will:

  • Accountable for overall project performance of one major project (>$1B in value).
  • Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of the project to ensure it is completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives
  • Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
  • Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules
  • Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)
  • Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to

Is this the right role for you?

  • 15+ years supervisory or equivalent experience
  • Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills
  • Experience in Data Centers, Pharmaceutical Plants, Laboratories, Industrial Facilities, EV Battery Plants, and Battery Components Manufacturing Plans is an asset.
