Job Summary:

As a Project Manager at Altus Project Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering successful real estate, and development projects on behalf of our valued public sector clients. Your expertise in project management, public procurement, and capital planning initiatives will be utilized to drive complex project execution, ensure community and stakeholder satisfaction, and contribute to the strategic growth of our public sector advisory business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage commercial real-estate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Establish strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle and aligning project objectives with client strategies and goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including client teams, external consultants, and contractors, to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication.

  • Prepare project schedules, development budgets, and procurement documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

  • Evaluate proposals and qualifications, make recommendations to clients, and assist in the negotiation and administration of contracts.

  • Prepare and present clear and concise reports to clients, providing project status updates, risks, and recommendations for informed decision-making.
