Summary:

Our Concierge team creates memorable and tailored guest experiences that reflect the spirit of Lake Tahoe and the luxury of our resort.
As a Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking information, recommendations, or assistance during their stay. You will provide thoughtful, detailed, and personalized service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well-cared-for.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations for dining, entertainment, outdoor recreation, and local attractions
  • Secure reservations, tickets, and transportation for guests upon request
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort amenities, events, and local happenings
  • Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, both in person and via phone or email, with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby presence at all times
  • Assist with special requests such as floral arrangements, gift deliveries, or milestone celebrations
  • Document guest interactions and preferences to enhance future visits
Qualifications:
    • Previous guest service experience required; concierge or front desk experience strongly preferred
    • Strong knowledge of the Lake Tahoe area, including restaurants, activities, and seasonal events
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
    • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn Hyatt-specific platforms
    • A genuine desire to make guests feel special and supported throughout their stay
    • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
