Ridgeway Rehab Center, a 61-bed skilled nursing facility located in Catonsville, Maryland, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our team! As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, visitors, and patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct guests to the appropriate department or staff member
Respond to mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests
Provide excellent customer service to guests, visitors, and staff, greeting them with a smile and a helping hand
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Maintain accurate records and documents, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience
Phone and computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude, even in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
