Coffee Shop Associate - Miracle Grounds Coffee Shop amp; Café
Location/Schedule: Crossnore, NC. Part-time, 20-hour/week position. The Coffee Shop is open Monday – Saturday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, and this role requires flexibility in scheduling. Workdays may vary based on operational needs. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for special events. Work involves food preparation and working in a kitchen.
Your Impact: At Crossnore Communities for Children, our mission is simple: helping children and families find hope and healing. As a Coffee Shop Associate, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming space for students, families, staff, volunteers, and community members. This role is about more than making coffee. The Coffee Shop Associate helps provide great customer service, prepares food and drinks, keeps the café clean and organized, and supports a positive environment for everyone who visits Miracle Grounds Coffee Shop amp; Café.
Hiring Range: $16.40 to 17.25 an hour - Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Candidates who meet only the minimum requirements can expect to start at the beginning of the range, while those with additional and relevant experience and/or advanced skills may be considered for higher starting pay within the range.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous food service, coffee shop, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience handling food preparation and cash transactions preferred.
