Job description

Job Title: Coffee Shop Attendant

Location: RWJUH Somerset

Department Name: Good Day Cafe

Pay Range: $17.67 - $21.20 per hour

Pay Transparency:

The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for assisting customers with preparing their food.

When working on the register, all money must be properly counted and match the sales summary.

Employees will be trained in all areas of the café and will be assigned those positions at completion of training.

Qualifications:

Preferred:

  • Previous food service experience

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift working 6:00am - 2:30pm each day
  • Rotating Weekends
  • Full Time

Essential Functions:

  • Serves customers food and beverage
  • Keeps the Café clean and organized
