CNC Machinist – West Henrietta, NY
Hours: Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $23.00 – $34.00/hour (depending on experience) + bonus
Overview
We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with strong Swiss lathe expertise to handle both prototype and production work. You’ll program and run Tsugami Swiss Lathes, CNC lathes, and mills—owning jobs from setup through completion.
What You’ll Do
  • Program and operate Tsugami Swiss Lathes, CNC mills, and lathes
  • Machine precision parts to tight tolerances (< 0.0001”)
  • Read blueprints and determine tooling, speeds, and setups
  • Handle prototype work with minimal supervision
  • Inspect parts and maintain quality standards
  • Support process improvements and train others as needed

What You Bring
  • 5+ years Swiss lathe machining experience (Tsugami preferred)
