The successful applicant will:

Administer, develop, configure, implement, and maintain the systems that comprise the underlying cloud platform. Maintain public and/or private cloud systems and deploy them in an automated way; and monitor, move, and alter the systems using a prescribed methodology.

Establish and implement standards for cloud operations according to specifications and parameters. Determine business needs and select and support tools to meet them.

Maintain and build upon existing network and domain environments. Serve as front line point of contact for end users and customers looking for technical assistance via phone, e-mail, and ticketing system. Triage problem tickets and outage reports and escalate as needed. Document and assist with streamlining technical processes.

Tier 2 Cloud Support Position Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen (No green card)
  • BS or higher in computer science, IT, engineering, applied mathematics, or a closely related field with 5-7 years of relevant work experience OR 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be willing to participate in On Call and weekend work as needed
  • Ability to work Hybrid in-office schedule and in office as needed
  • Successfully acquire 8570/8140 IAT Level 2 Certification (Sec+) within sixty (60) days and maintain it
  • Eligibility to apply for and hold a US security clearance (selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements at the time of employment)
  • Good oral & written communication skills
  • Excel as a team player and strive to maximize team & department performance


          Tier 2 Cloud Support Position Preferences:

          • Intermediate knowledge: Systems and Cloud Administration
          • Previous experience with supporting end-users at a Tier 2 level
          • Experience with user management of enterprise systems
          • Linux and Windows OS experience
          • Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver
