The world of cloud is shifting from simple infrastructure to Agentic-driven operations and Data & AI platforms. At Devoteam M Cloud, we are looking for the next generation of consultants to help Belgian enterprises navigate this transformation. What You Will Do

You will be mentored by senior experts to deliver value across our three core strategic pillars:

• Agentic Driven Operations: Help customers achieve operational excellence by digitizing and automating their processes through M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Foundry.
• Data & AI Platforms: Assist in designing Data & AI strategies and setting up technical foundations through the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem and Azure AI Foundry.
• Cloud Transformation: Accelerate enterprise cloud adoption by defining cloud strategies, setting up Azure landing zones, and modernizing application landscapes assisted by code-assist tooling.

Across all these areas, you will ensure a foundation of Identity & Security while supporting our Managed Services model.

Your Profile

• Education: A recent Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Technical Focus: You have a strong interest or academic experience in areas such as:
  • Agentic Operations: Low-Code/No-Code automation and AI-driven productivity.
  • Data & AI: Data engineering, analytics, and building scalable AI models.
  • Cloud Transformation: Building modern infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native applications.
• Mindset: You thrive in a proactive, partner-led support environment and are ready to handle end-to-end client missions.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required, along with professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French for the Belgian market.

For a prestigious customer - we are looking for dedicated Data / AI Engineers (Lead Engineer and seniors to leverage their extensive experience in Data engineering, AI and public cloud areas, to interpret our customers’ business and technical requirements in order to extract the value from their data, using Dataiku and GCP products and services as well as other industry-known technologies.

In this position you will:

• work as part of the Data & AI Factory team, working with the customer to support their data-ops and AI projects
• be involved in designing, building, maintaining and troubleshooting data pipelines, models and transformations
• help to build, maintain and troubleshoot data observability solutions to improve data quality
• help turn data into valuable business insights, preparing custom solutions optimised for each client

REQUISITOS:

• Act as the guardian of technical environment stability (Production and non-Production) and ensure services remain in operational condition.
• Define and promote technical solutions based on existing infrastructure products, ensuring they meet architecture, security, and scalability standards.

Professional with solid experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on hybrid environments integrating on-premises Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

Role:

Ensure the secure and efficient administration of identities and access, contributing to the continuity and security of critical authentication and authorization services.

Requirements:

Administer and support on‑premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Manage identity synchronization through Azure AD Connect

Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

Support and optimize the identity lifecycle (Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver)

Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to define access control policies

Ensure compliance with security and audit standards

Document IAM processes, procedures, and configurations
