Job description

Adoni Networks, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, responsible individual to fill the role of Network Engineer in our La Crosse Office.


The network engineer position is a field service role responsible for the ongoing maintenance and administration of small to medium-sized business client networks. Duties include regular site visits. Maintenance activities, project management, consulting activities, and desk-side support.


Experience with Microsoft Windows Networks and Active Directory is required. Office 365, Gmail, Cisco, VMware, Apple, and Linux are a plus.


This is a rapid, fast-paced role with ample opportunity for exposure to new technologies and the ability to take the lead in areas of interest. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, enjoy change, and have excellent customer service skills.


The position offers flexible work hours, unlimited paid vacation based on performance, a company-paid cell phone, and many other benefits.

Compensation:

$30,000 - $50,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain network systems, including switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues
  • Monitor and analyze network performance and security
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and other equipment
  • Develop and implement best practices related to network infrastructure

Qualifications:
