Over the last few years, they have continued investing heavily in automation and technology, creating the need for additional leadership within their engineering organization. This newly created role will provide technical direction, structure, and leadership across embedded systems initiatives supporting their electro-hydraulic product portfolio. The Engineering Manager will oversee embedded software, controls, vision systems, and hardware integration projects while partnering closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams. This role will focus on improving engineering processes, strengthening testing and validation practices, and supporting the continued development of next-generation products. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of people leadership, technical oversight, project execution, and building scalable engineering practices within a stable, growing manufacturer.
