Job description

Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are archieved. Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinate projects activities within the Civil/Structural Engineering group while collaborating effectively with other engineering disciplines. Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and responsive service. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineering staff Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to ensure successful project execution.
