At Avir at Alice, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Weekend Charge Nurse to join our team! As a Weekend Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

About the Role:

As a Weekend Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Leadership Responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating the activities of the nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that the nursing unit is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Patient-Centered Care: Assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other support staff, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and that the nursing unit is functioning effectively.

Responsibilities:
