Job description

Job Title: Surgical Technologist (CVOR)

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Pay Rate: $ 2600 To $2880/Week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts with Rotating Call

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Experience: Minimum 3 Years Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This role supports the CVOR team and Hybrid Cath Lab, requiring strong cardiovascular operating room experience, surgical scrub skills, and readiness for rotating call coverage.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with CVOR and Hybrid Cath Lab surgical procedures as a scrub technologist.

  • Prepare instruments, supplies, equipment, and maintain a sterile surgical environment.

  • Support cardiovascular surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and aseptic technique.

  • Anticipate surgeon needs and provide efficient intraoperative assistance.

  • Document surgical activities and maintain compliance with facility protocols using Meditech.

Requirements
  • Active Colorado Surgical Technologist License (DORA) required.

  • Surgical Technology Certification through NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT required.

  • Current AHA BLS/BCLS Certification required.

  • Minimum 3 years of Surgical Technologist experience with specific CVOR experience required.

  • Must meet the 75-mile radius rule and submit a resume, CVOR skills sheet, DORA license, and AHA BLS certification.
