As a Weekend Barista, your main responsibilities include preparing and serving coffee and specialty drinks, handling customer orders at the counter or drive-thru, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café. A Weekend Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers, usually on Saturdays and Sundays. We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals for the position of Barista at our Lynwood location. As a Barista you will be expected to provide a positive Tierra Mia Coffee experience to all customers and individuals that visit our store. The ideal candidate is responsible, respectful, and eager to learn and grow within the company. Must be willing to work well in a team setting and maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when communicating with fellow baristas and customers.
