The bartender is a key player in delivering elevated service across Latitude's dining room, the Flo Bar, and during seasonal poolside service.
Job Summary:
The Bartender at Latitude Restaurant & Flo Bar is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing exceptional guest service, and contributing to a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. This position supports both the main restaurant bar and poolside service areas, ensuring consistent quality, prompt service, and an upbeat, welcoming experience.
Job Specifications:
Onsite: Black Desert Resort - Latitude Restaurant & Flo Bar
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time
Pay Rate: $10.00/hr plus tips. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including experience and skill level.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at Latitude Restaurant & Flo Bar.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service to bar guests and poolside patrons.
  • Assist with poolside service operations, including drink delivery to lounge areas and outdoor seating.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of both indoor and outdoor bars.
  • Uphold garnish preparation, proper glassware use, and standard recipes to ensure consistency.
  • Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service protocols.
  • Take food and beverage orders when needed and input into the POS system accurately.
  • Maintain awareness of guest preferences and engage in genuine hospitality and conversation.
  • Support setup and breakdown of bar service areas, including during private or resort events.
  • Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support seamless service.
  • Attend mandatory orientations and trainings.

Qualifications
