  • Interface with client business and IT Bottomline responsibility for delivery
  • Review of progress of current work and take corrective actions as necessary
  • Ensure adequate support to the delivery team information, resources and planning
  • Interface with Calypso and other vendors
  • Strategic outlook towards the program and account
  • Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Coordination skills
  • Ability to drive conversation with business teams with minimal support from peers
