Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them with service inquiries.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow.
  • Provide customers with detailed explanations of service recommendations.
  • Prepare estimates and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for service management
  • ASE certification or equivalent automotive training preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
