Must have - AV Systems Architect, Crestron, Shure, BiAmp, QSC, Cisco codecs/cameras a plus
Role Description:
• Work with Technology and Real Estate teams on projects to build new or uplift multipurpose spaces utilized for town hall and special events. Additionally build new or uplift training rooms and executive conference rooms. All spaces utilize video/audio/display systems.
• Ability to design and engineer complete AV systems for multipurpose, training, and executive spaces. Based on an established standard.
• Ability to lead design and coordination discussions for AV system installations with AV contractors/installers and general contractors.
• Ability to create AV system design drawings in AutoCAD/Visio. Ability to create architectural plans for Audio visual systems and modify architect drawings to incorporate AV systems.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new AV technologies. Current knowledge of Crestron, Shure, BiAmp, QSC, Cisco codecs/cameras a plus. Certifications from these manufactures is also a plus.
• Work with client and architectural design teams to prepare and finalize drawings for construction and permits.
• Create equipment lists based on final design for AV Installers.
• Create rough-order-of-magnitude budget summaries.
• Provide project managers and technical staff with technical support on projects with AV system designs.
• Maintain the AV systems standards for multipurpose, training, and executive spaces.
• Provide support for systems maintenance and issues. Provide instruction to local teams on how to use the systems and provide hands on support.
Provide instruction to the remote support teams so that they are familiar with the hardware, how to manage hardware OS updates and understand the programing associated with running the spaces.
