Job description

Nursing Team Lead (RN) – Pediatrics | Allergy & Asthma

Woodcreek Provider Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support high-quality pediatric patient care as a Nursing Team Lead in our Allergy & Asthma Clinic.

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable, patient-focused nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment. A key requirement of this position is an Asthma Educator Certification, which must be met within 1 year of employment. Woodcreek will pay the testing fee for the first exam attempt.

Current Opening

0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE (32 - 40 hours/week)
Scheduled hours negotiable
Home clinic: Sunrise - Puyallup, with occasional travel to Bonney Lake

Compensation

Pay Range: $41.17 – $66.95 per hour*
Hiring Range: $41.17 – $54.06 per hour

Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and internal equity. The hiring range reflects where most new hires are typically placed.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice
  • Support providers with examinations and treatment
  • Perform patient assessments and clinical documentation
  • Administer medications and treatments per protocol
  • Educate patients and families on care plans
  • Contribute to a positive, efficient clinic workflow

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Asthma Educator Certification preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Comfort in a fast-paced outpatient setting
  • Pediatric experience preferred
