Job description for Lightweight Assembly Worker

We are looking for lightweight plastic assembly workers to join our team at a top-rated tier one plastics car manufacturing plant. We are looking for plastic assembly workers to assembly plastic headlights and tail lights for automotive vehicles.

  • Shift: Hiring 1st and second shift.
  • Pay: $15.75-$16.25
  • Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Responsibilities for our lightweight plastic assembly workers

  • Our lightweight plastic assembly workers will be assembling plastic tail lights and head lights for vehicles.
  • Ability to snap or connect parts with finger for 8-10 hours a day
  • Lightweight plastic assembly workers need to be able to properly communicate and document when parts do not meet standards
  • Keeping a steady pace to meet shift rate demands
  • Trim and clip parts as needed
  • Inspect and pack completed parts
