Bumper Assembly Associate - Heavy Lifting)

1st Shift (6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (OT and Weekends depend on Production Needs)
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Area: 18 1/2 Mile Road
Shift: 1st Shift
Starting Pay: $15.50/hour

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Bumper Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility inSterling Heights, MI.In this role, employees will be responsible for assembling automotive bumpers in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble automotive bumpers using bolts, clips, screws, and wiring
  • Use air guns and hand tools to secure parts into place
  • Follow assembly instructions and quality standards
  • Inspect parts to ensure proper fit and assembly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
  • Report any damaged parts, equipment issues, or production concerns to a supervisor

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must be comfortable using air guns and basic hand tools
  • Must be able to perform repetitive assembly work in a production environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Attendance is very important
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
