Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Plumbing Apprentices. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry while learning directly from experienced plumbers and field leaders.

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will assist with the installation, service, and maintenance of plumbing systems while gaining hands-on field experience and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation of plumbing systems in residential and commercial projects
  • Support plumbers and field teams on job sites
  • Learn to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair plumbing systems
  • Load and organize tools, materials, and equipment
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Follow company safety procedures and job site protocols
  • Learn blueprint reading, plumbing layouts, and installation fundamentals
  • Complete apprenticeship training requirements and ongoing education

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
