Job Summary:

Weekend CRNA Position – Full-time Salary, Benefits, and Weekend Stipend 

Mission Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join our weekend anesthesia team that offers a full-time salary, comprehensive benefits, and an additional stipend. 

Position Details 

  • Dayshift position, no call, no nights 

  • Self-schedule within the team 

  • Six full weekends (Sat+Sun) required in a 13-week quarter, the rest of your shifts can be worked on weekdays 

  • Shift length options of 8, 10, and 12 hours 

  • Overtime allowed if desired 

Benefits Package 

  • New competitive base salary increasing with experience, plus weekend stipend 

  • Sign-on bonus of 75K for 3-year commitment or 50K for 2-years, paid up front 

  • Relocation assistance up to 15K 

  • $2500 CME annual stipend

Job Requirements 

  • Active North Carolina APRN license 

  • BLS, ACLS, PALS 

  • Proficiency in placement of spinal blocks 

  • Management of epidurals and peripheral regional blocks (placement not required)

  • 815 bed Level 1 trauma center, flagship hospital of Mission Health 

  • Tertiary care center for Western North Carolina providing comprehensive surgical and anesthesia services across a wide range of specialties including OB, pediatrics, and interventional radiology 

  • Collaborative anesthesia care team model with 1 anesthesiologist and 3 CRNAs in house overnight
