Job Title: Weekend Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients during weekend hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is looking to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients as needed.
  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of weekend activities.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work weekends is a must.
