  • Partner with Corporate and on-site teams to gather, validate, and document operational processes and best practices

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct operational reviews and audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, operational standards, and training outcomes, providing recommendations and follow-up as needed
  • Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of new operational systems, technologies, and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation, and training programs to enhance consistency, efficiency, and the overall employee experience

Operational Support

  • Provide operational guidance and support to Regional Operations teams through remote and on-site assistance, helping to resolve operational questions and promote consistent practices
  • Provide back-up support and coverage for Operations team members as needed, including accounts receivable, collection calls, regional commission program administration, and other administrative functions
  • Collaborate with Corporate and site-level teams to support the development, implementation, and communication of operational processes and training initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Property Management, Administration, or related field
  • Progressive experience in property management an asset
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operational support, training, or instructional role
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management/ERP software
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience developing training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or process documentation an asset
  • Familiarity with provincial and territorial Residential Tenancy Acts across Canada

Requirements:

  • Strong conflict resolution, oral, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Sound decision-making abilities with the ability to work independently
  • Effective collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and regions
  • Strong prioritization, organization, analytical and time management skills
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training to groups in both in-person and virtual environments
  • Occasional travel within Canada may be required (up to 25% of the time)

    Benefits:

    • A competitive total rewards program that includes recognition for individual and corporate performance
    • Paid vacation
    • Health, dental, and wellness benefits
    • Company matched Employee Unit Purchase Plan
    • A supportive and engaging working environment
    • Support for career and professional development
    • Position is located outside the downtown core, is close to the LRT, and offers free parking
