Job description

Full-time Mechanic 3 - Weekend Days needed for a facility 50 miles outside of Ripon, WI. NO VISA SPONSORSHIP OFFERED. Competitive salary and benefits offered. Standard Work Hours: Friday - Sunday 4am - 4pm Responsibilities: Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment Qualifications: Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 2 to 4 years work experience required. Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS Benefits: Stable and growing work environment!
