Part-Time Weekend Team Member – Sales, Hospitality & Member Experience | The PicklrIf weekends are when you bring your best energy, we want you on our team.The Picklr is hiring immediately for a full-time team member who can provide consistent and reliable weekend coverage. Saturday and Sunday availability is required, and candidates should be comfortable working a flexible mix of weekend shifts based on the club's needs. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere, build relationships with members, drive sales, and keep the facility running smoothly during peak hours.What You'll DoDeliver a high-energy, professional front desk and guest check-in experienceProcess transactions, manage the POS system, and answer member questionsLead engaging facility tours and drive membership sales through consultative conversationsAssist with registration and scheduling for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and weekend eventsSupport retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventory restockingMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including food and beverage areasBuild strong relationships with members to strengthen retention and community engagementSupport daily club operations and adapt quickly during busy weekend shiftsSchedule RequirementsConsistent weekend availability is essential for this position. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of their regular full-time schedule.
