Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club - Walpole, MA

Do you love being the face of a fun, high-energy club, the person who makes every member feel like a VIP the second they walk in? Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club in Walpole is looking for a Member Experience Lead to lead our front-of-house team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and bring our social media presence to life.
What you'll do:
  • Lead, train, and support our front desk team to deliver 5-star service on every visit
  • Oversee check-ins, court scheduling, reservations, and program sign-ups for tennis and pickleball
  • Manage membership services, payments, and day-to-day front desk operations
  • Create and post engaging social media content that shows off our club's community and events
  • Handle member questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure proper coverage across all programs
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training for front desk staff

What we're looking for:
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or club/fitness operations (leadership experience a plus)
  • Comfortable managing Instagram/TikTok/Facebook content
  • Outgoing, organized, and dependable, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
  • Comfortable with scheduling systems and basic computer tools (training provided)
  • Familiarity with tennis or pickleball a plus, not required
  • Full-time and part-time schedules available, tell us your availability
  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and during peak club hours
  • CPR/AED certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
