All World Pickleball Club is a premier, dedicated indoor pickleball facility focused on providing an inclusive, welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels. We offer organized leagues, tournaments, training programs, and open play designed to grow participation and enjoyment of the sport. With a strong emphasis on community, hospitality, and high-quality court experiences, All World Pickleball Club aims to be the top destination for pickleball enthusiasts in the Woodbury, MN area.


Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Woodbury facility. As the General Manager, you will be the face of the club, responsible for driving revenue, managing facility operations, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an unparalleled player experience. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a hands-on leader who can balance financial management with court-side community engagement. You will collaborate closely with ownership on strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and long-term growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


Club Operations and Performance:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the club, including courts, front desk activity, vendor coordination, supplies, facility upkeep, and general club readiness.
  • Manage club budget, monitor revenue/expenses, track KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize business performance
  • Manage the club’s POS and court-scheduling software, generate operational reports and oversee general administrative duties

Staff Leadership

  • Recruit, Train, Schedule, support, and lead club staff
  • Help build front-desk culture that is welcoming, outgoing, engaging and payer-focused
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and player-centered work culture

Programming, Events, and Court Utilization

  • Plan, promote, and execute leagues, tournaments, group lessons, individual lessons, open play, and special events.
  • Build coordinated programming plans that include both promotion and successful onsite execution.
  • Identify opportunities to increase court utilization across peak and non-peak times

Member Experience and Community Building

  • Be a visible, personable leader who creates a welcoming environment for players.
  • Build relationships with members, guests, staff, and the local pickleball community.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and outreach to grow the local pickleball community.

Required Qualifications:

  • Genuine passion for pickleball and the pickleball community
  • Previous management experience in sports facility management, fitness centers, hospitality, country clubs, or recreation facilities.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, oversee budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Strong people skills and comfort being highly visible with members, players and staff
  • High-energy, proactive, hands-on approach to getting things done
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously and effectively
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn systems quickly
  • Experience planning and executing sports tournaments, leagues, or large-scale hospitality events
  • Interest in growing a business, increasing participation, and driving revenue

Compensation

Base salary of $75k - $95k + performance driven incentive
