The Operator will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, ensuring color accuracy, and adhering to internal quality standards and procedures while upholding Outlook Group's safety and operational requirements.
About Outlook Group:
Outlook Group (OG) is a customer-focused provider of custom packaging solutions, manufacturing a diverse range of products including labels, flexible packaging, and paperboard folding cartons for multiple industry verticals. We also operate fully integrated contract packaging cells, supporting a range of customers and applications that utilize components produced within our facilities.

This individual is comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment and takes ownership of both output quality and equipment performance. • Coordinate with prepress, production, and quality assurance teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations; direct interactions with pre-production and finishing will be necessary based on daily volume and individual job urgency.
  • Follow all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with Outlook Group's 5S standards.
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding job status, quality concerns, or equipment issues.
