About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Lindora, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality,
patient-centered care while supporting clinic operations. You will work closely with Nurse
Practitioners and the clinical team to guide patients through their wellness journeys—educating,
motivating, and supporting them every step of the way.

This role blends clinical nursing care, IV therapy, and wellness coaching in a collaborative,
growth-oriented environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver direct patient care in collaboration with Nurse Practitioners
  • Perform comprehensive patient intake, vitals, and assessments
  • Initiate and manage IV hydration therapy
  • Perform venipuncture
  • Administer injections (eg: GLP-1s, NAD+, vitamins)
  • Monitor patients during and after IV treatments for safety and efficacy
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Provide nutritional education, menu guidance, and wellness coaching using the Lindora

Client Experience Model

  • Support patient accountability and ongoing engagement
  • Accurately document all care in the EMR system
  • Identify and escalate clinical concerns to providers as appropriate
  • Confidently recommend and educate patients on Lindora programs and services
  • Assist with inventory management of medical and IV supplies
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and infection control standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • IV certification per state guidelinesCurrent BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • 1–3+ years of nursing experience (wellness, outpatient, or infusion preferred)
  • Strong skills in venipuncture and blood withdrawal (required)
  • Experience with IV hydration therapy (required)
  • Background in weight management, hormone therapy, or wellness (preferred)
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and clinically compliant
  • Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
  • Team-oriented with a passion for helping others succeed
  • Ability to work weekdays and some weekends
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment


Compensation & Benefits
