At Jimmy John's, we pride ourselves on our delicious sandwiches made with all-natural* meats and fresh ingredients. Since 1983, we have been dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest and most flavorful sandwiches. Now, we are looking for a talented Manager Candidate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Overview:

In our manager development program, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job and online training with the goal of being promoted to a manager position within 8 weeks. The program starts with basic in-shop and delivery skills and progresses to shift management and store management.

Responsibilities:

  • Run shifts of 8-10 hours per day
  • Open the store and prepare ingredients and vegetables
  • Bake fresh bread for each shift
  • Manage fresh bread production throughout the shift
  • Supervise in-shop and driver employees
  • Oversee inventory and product delivery
  • Make personnel decisions with input and consent from owners
  • Create schedules (for General Manager)
