Carpenters working on hourly projects often encounter challenges such as time management, balancing multiple tasks, and adapting to changing project requirements. Managing these challenges requires clear communication with supervisors and clients about project expectations, diligent tracking of hours worked, and prioritizing safety and quality even when deadlines are tight. Carpenters can also benefit from collaborating closely with other trades on-site to ensure a smooth workflow and avoid delays.
