Job description

Help Couples Capture One of the Most Important Days of Their Lives

At Wedgewood Weddings, we believe every couple deserves an incredible experience - from planning their wedding to reliving it through beautiful photography and videography. We're looking for a Photo & Video Coordinator who combines strong sales skills with exceptional organization to guide couples through every step of our photography and videography process.

In this role, you'll consult with couples, recommend the best packages for their needs, coordinate planning details with venue teams and photographers, and ensure every wedding is set up for success. If you enjoy relationship building, consultative sales, and managing projects from start to finish, we'd love to meet you. This is a remote job but must be based in California, Nevada or Arizona.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Consultative Sales

    • Meet virtually with couples to present photography and videography packages.

    • Guide purchasing decisions and answer questions about pricing, coverage, timelines, and upgrades.

    • Identify opportunities to enhance each couple's experience through additional coverage or services.

    • Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion goals.

  • Photo & Video Planning

    • Conduct Vision Meetings and planning calls to understand each couple's priorities.

    • Create customized photography and videography timelines.

    • Review questionnaires, shot lists, timelines, and event details for completeness.

    • Ensure all planning milestones are completed before the wedding day.

  • Coordination & Operations

    • Partner with venue teams, photographers, videographers, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.

    • Coordinate contractor scheduling and staffing for assigned events.

    • Resolve scheduling or logistical issues leading up to wedding weekends.

    • Maintain accurate documentation within Salesforce and company systems.

  • Client Success

    • Track post-event deliverables and follow up with clients.

    • Coordinate smooth handoffs to the post-production team.

    • Ensure every interaction reflects Wedgewood Weddings' commitment to exceptional service.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • At least two years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, client success, event planning, or a related field.

  • Wedding, hospitality, photography, or videography industry experience a plus.

  • Experience coordinating events or managing client projects from consultation through completion

  • A track record of achieving sales goals or performance metrics.

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.

  • A positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Build meaningful relationships with couples during one of the most exciting times in their lives.

  • Combine sales, planning, and operations in a dynamic role where no two days are the same.

  • Be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional wedding experiences.

  • Enjoy opportunities for professional growth within one of the nation's leading wedding companies.
