Are you creative, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences?
Spearfish Canyon Lodge and Latchstring restaurant is seeking a full-time Wedding & Events Marketing Coordinator to oversee our social media presence, coordinate weddings and events, and help showcase everything our beautiful property has to offer.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
  • Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other marketing channels.
  • Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
  • Update and maintain website content.
  • Manage Google Business profiles and online reputation.
  • Respond to social media inquiries and online reviews.
  • Coordinate email marketing and promotional campaigns.
Weddings & Events
  • Coordinate weddings and special events
  • Conduct venue tours with prospective couples and clients.
  • Meet with brides and event hosts to finalize event details.
  • Lead wedding rehearsals and assist with ceremony coordination.
  • Oversee day-of wedding and event execution.
  • Coordinate vendors, timelines, room setups, dcor, and event logistics.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and attention to detail.
Event Setup & Decorating
  • Set up wedding ceremonies, receptions, meetings, and special events.
  • Decorate event spaces according to client specifications.
  • Maintain wedding dcor inventory and organization.
  • Assist with room flips and event transitions when needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong social media and marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
