Help synthesize consumer generated social media chatter into key findings/insights. Should be able to develop comprehensive reports based on data from a wide range of consumer-generated media 

Knowledge of social media metrics & KPIs and correlation between most important KPIs 

Collaborate with external data partners, agencies and vendors to assist with data collection and reporting 

Understanding and experience with web analytics platforms (Webtrends, Adobe, Google Analytics etc.) 

Experience with Social Listening platform (Sysomos, Radian6, Synthesio etc.) 

Understanding of analytical tools like SAS/SPSS will be a plus 

Experience on big data tools will be a plus
